Why APC Is Likely To Take Over Rivers If A Rerun Is Held

This post is an original property of Kobopolitics It is some sort of norm for Politicians to leave and forget about those who voted and worked for them during the election after they are victorious. Am not talking about His Excellency Governor Nyesom Wike, am talking about the PDP leaders at the grassroot level especially in ONELGAImmediately after this politicians were declared winners they left those who worked for them during the election. This has led them to be aggrieved and likely to decamp to APC which might represent them better in case there is a re run of the election. Another factor is also the overlooking of the executive members of the PDP at the grassroot level, after the flag bearers at grassroot level were declared victorious they overlooked the executive members who were responsible for the success of the election, and unless they have a proper understanding the executive members are also likely to work against the party or decamp to APC This is a belief that Rivers State can never and has never been an opposition to the FG, there is a group of people who believes this and might vote with this belief if there is a rerun. There are some factors that are not considered in other countries in terms of election but are considered here in Nigeria, and that is the Government at the Central, the government at the central now is APC, And they are likely to influence the result of the election if there is a rerun, the APC has the Police, the Army, The Civil Defense, the INEC, The Media and many other instruments they can use and influence the results. Remember it was through the so called APC propaganda that went viral through the media that helped them in winning at the National Level Though there are reports that the PDP are getting ready incase a rerun is held.
