The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) held a mega rally in Kogi state yesterday, November 16, to endorse Governor Idris Wada for his re-election bid in the state.
The grand finale rally which held at the Confluence stadium in Lokoja, the state capital was attended by the party’s leaders and supporters.

Some of those in attendance were Governors Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state and Olusegun Mimiko of Ondo state.
Thousands of the PDP supporters also came out to the venue of the PDP rally.

Speaking at the rally, Fayose said President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration does not respect the rule of law.

The Kogi governorship election has been scheduled for this Saturday, November 21. The PDP has alleged that the presidency, the Independent National Electoral Commission and some security forces are joining forces to rig the upcoming electionsin favour of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
